The meat is served on the “rodízio” or rotary system, with the waiters bringing round skewers of sizzling meat of all kinds - you can choose your favorites. All meat is superbly grilled over charcoal, the favorites being Picanha (cap of sirloin) and beef ribs. There are the usual side dishes of fries, farofa, fried banana etc., and a huge salad buffet. For dessert, if you still have room, you can try the profiteroles or cream of papaya with Cassis - a house specialty.
